Mr. Bonacci has over 35 years of transaction related experience as a practicing attorney, investor and entrepreneur. He has guided companies from formation through to being publicly reporting entities, with subject area expertise in transaction and entity structuring, corporate governance, private equity financing, and business mergers, acquisitions and sales. Mr. Bonacci was in private practice for 17 years. He migrated to investing in and operating companies as a principal, in most cases maintaining responsibility for oversight of financial and legal matters. He has founded and had operational responsibility for companies in consumer and enterprise level technology, sports entertainment, finance and real estate development, and his directorships have included companies in medical clinical research and media. As a compliment to his professional activities, Mr. Bonacci has held various positions in civic and industry organizations related to international relations and trade, sports, and education.
