Overseeing the financial management of the hospital, developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets and financial reporting, monitoring cash flow and financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial guidance to senior management. Additionally, I have been responsible for managing financial operations such as accounting, billing, and revenue cycle management. Overall, My role have been critical for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the hospital.

- Carrying out project analysis using discounted cash flow and IRR methods - Carrying out various financial analysis trends and ratios - Preparation of feasibility reports - To identify, understand and analyze key business processes- To identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)- To compare client’s business trends with industry trends - To suggest client on performance improvements

- Analyze financial, Operation, and strategic information relating to target companies- Support Managing Directors for assignments covering deal origination (e.g. identification of potential target companies, pitch presentation, drafting of mandate letters) and execution (e.g. research, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence) delegated by transaction leader and ensure timely and quality completion and delivery.- Support managing directors in contracts and presentations- Provide assistance in strategy and implementation through liaison with internal and external service providers (e.g. law, accounting and consulting firms)-Manage associates to optimize efficiency of direct reports by allocating, monitoring and reviewing work
