The Greater Cincinnati Tennis Association to oversee finances and programs. This position reports to the GCTA President and coordinates programs with board volunteers and the USTA Midwest Section office. Responsibilities are: 1. Schedule and organize quarterly board meetings. 2. Prepare the board-meeting agenda in conjunction with board president. 3. Reconcile monthly bank statements. 4. Transfer financial information to USTA Midwest Section office. 5. Report on financial statements at board meetings. 6. Coordinate administrative Hall of Fame events for committee. 7. Update all databases, including donors, coaches, and Prince Rookie players. 8. Send frequent email blasts via Constant Contact to targeted groups. 9. Set up and coordinate Prince Rookie tour events. 10. Channel requests to appropriate GCTA committees and follow-up on progress. 11. Administer GCTA Grants, requests and recipients. 12. Administer OVTA Grants and requests. 13. Process credit card transactions.

A 501 c 3 tax exempt organization since 1995. TBF develops quality after-school tennis program for underprivileged youth who otherwise not have an opportunity to learn and play the "sport of a lifetime" tennis.TBF also seeks to help other community organizations, tennis programs who may need a 501 (c) (3) federal ID number in order to facilitate funding to their organization. TBF will receive 10% of total proceeds received as a run through organization.

Accountable to the Executive Director of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, responsible for every aspect of the program, including program direction, instructions, curriculum development, staffing and staff training, volunteer involvement, fundraising/grant writing, public relations, advisory council development, academic progression and mentoring of tennis students. Many students have gone on to received college scholarships using tennis as a vehicle to higher education and on the WTA tour professional development. Safe Passage Tennis originally created by the Arthur Ashe Safe Passage Foundation New York. The Tennis Program for at-risk children in Los Angeles was established in 1995 and acquired by LAJCC in 1997. Program currently has approximately 77 students participating year-round.

NCAA Division II tennis program accountable to the Athletic Director, coaching and planning the operations of the women's tennis team. In charge of direction of Assistant Coach and practices. Emphasis on implementing the fundamentals and rules of tennis. Responsible for players understanding of NCAA compliance rules & regulations. Responsible for budget and spending, academic monitoring of players, eligibility and academic progression towards graduation. Responsible for safety at all practices and games. Create yearly schedule, recruitment, travel arrangements and team related activities.

Accountable to the Executive Director, as Community Development Coordinator responsible for working with community groups to develop, promote, maintain, evaluate and educate community resources, programs and support networks to develop community tennis programming. Work with community groups to enhance or create community tennis associations (CTA's). Non-profit local organizations that are part of the USTA network. Promotes and develops the growth of tennis in response to community needs! Territory included a five-state region that comprises of Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and parts of West Virginia.
