I bring together digital, human-centred design and organisational change to supercharge organisations, and deliver fantastic customer experiences. As an experienced project director and coach, I’ve helped industry leaders deliver transformational change across a wide range of cultures and sectors - some of my previous clients include IKEA, Linkedin, Ford and H&M Group.I strongly believe that change, is changing. That traditional models for renewing and transforming organisations need to be left behind. Through design, 'shipping' and storytelling we can build belief and momentum more effectively than we were able to in the past. The future is about embracing ambiguity over certainty, learning-at-pace over right-first-time.I'm ever-curious about how developments in tech, design and media are disrupting traditional business models and ways of working. Much of my work over the past 15 years has focused on how clients respond to these trends and stay well ahead of customer expectations.I love to geek out over all of the above so if any of it sounds interesting, I'd love to hear from you.

In less than 12 months, this work has developed from a standing start to establish four, fully-formed tech innovation teams who have reached over 3000 patients in the first stages of their clinical testing. More evaluation and testing to come in 2023.Built up the agile, research, and design skills of the NHS Digital Care Models group (~80 people) through the development of a light training curriculum, ad hoc design direction, and opening up opportunities to practice human-centred techniques in a clinically safe environment. This training has started to reshape problem-solving approaches across cardiology, musculoskeletal conditions, elective care, IT interoperability and beyond. -
