Through my role at Alert-iT I have the opportunity to help the vast community of unsung heroes who strive on a daily basis to improve the quality of life of the individuals they care for, through the application of our plesiocare products. Our technology assists carers to monitor and respond to the needs of their dependents and I feel rewarded when I am able to offer a customer a solution that will make their valuable role a little easier for them. We serve hospitals, care homes, independent living associations and individual families and I am passionate that each customer receives so much more than just equipment from us. My belief in the service that we can provide drives me to seek new ways to reach potential customers and I find myself pushing the boundaries of my existing expertise in devising technical solutions to the newer fields of sales and marketing. I thrive on this challenge and the responsibility that it brings and I am determined to continue to help the company grow whilst reducing the stress of caring for many more individuals.
