Write Detailed Technical Specifications and testing procedures for new consumer product offerings. (CBs, Radar Detectors, and Cordless Telephones)Test and approve electronic prototype designs for conformance to DTS and recommend improvements to meet operational and performance issues.Track performance issues to insure their resolution prior to production start.Write operational flow charts of how the product was to operate ( embedded microprocessor based systems)Write production test/alignment procedures and specify test equipment to be used.Review schematics and component value specifications to insure the most up to date information prior to production start.
