As a studio assistant I was a behind the scenes worker. I performed a wide range of tasks to ensure the studio runs smoothly. Some of those duties include: • Helped with tasks related to painting and art production, such as creating mockups or sketches of designs or creating materials lists for purchases of supplies.• Kept track of projects and maintaining project records, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel arrangements, and preparing reports.• Prepared files for print production by scanning and retouching images using computer software programs such as Photoshop.• Organized and maintained the art studio’s inventory of supplies such as paint and canvas.• Maintained the cleanliness of work spaces by sweeping floors and removing trash.

● Independently troubleshoot and resolve end user issues in the areas of voice, data, applications, commercial software, workstation configuration and problem resolution. ● Resolve advanced technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems within business unit. ● Manage equipment vendors, supplying computers and services necessary for the operation of the business unit. ● Manage and advise on end user hardware and software requests and identify appropriate options based on software or system functional specifications. ● Provide complete recovery from disaster or failure of equipment identified during daily system backups of the local server and other mission critical business unit infrastructure. ● Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of the local technology infrastructure. ● Enforce Turner's information services policies, procedures, and standards relating to infrastructure systems, components, applications and services. ● Manage and control the allocation of mobile device equipment. ● Initiate and implement projects following Turner IS methodology for Change Management including scope, schedule and budget. ● Document and resolve escalated end user issues; provide continuous updates on the status of resolution efforts. ● Provide information services briefings during management meetings. ● Train end users on Turner standard software tools. ● Manage inventories of software, versions and applications of desktop computers. Control additions, deletions and changes in equipment assigned to the unit.

• Developed and implemented the extensive curricula for Introduction to Comic Books, Comics and Storytelling, and Legal Graffiti.• Taught several classes of over 30 students ages of 9 – 21, the history and art of comic books. o Within 10 weeks the students created their own 3-4 page comic, and learned the basics of visual storytelling.• Taught students the history of graffiti, and experimental, yet legal, ways of producing it. o Students produced graffiti using homemade, easy to remove stickers as opposed to spray paint. o Students then painted a mural during the last week of class.

• Promoted awareness of BRAC through presentations at community organizations and public schools. • Designed brochures for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters of 2006 – 2008.• Compiled records, artwork, and mailing information for over 300 students, which were presented to and evaluated by funders. • Helped coordinate, curate and film 20 gallery shows, live performances and student portfolio reviews. • Assisted with the organization, direction and painting of several murals.
