I utilized the skills and experiences I acquired both in school and in his professional career and started my own Construction and Entertainment Company where I Developed, Owned and Operated over 12 nightclubs for over 2 decades and managed over 300 independent contractors/employees. These nightclubs brought in high-end clienteles’ and celebrities on a regular basis that ultimately lead to these nightclubs becoming some of the highest grossing revenue nightclubs in the industry throughout the Houston, Atlanta and Miami area. Then I ventured into doing major events for the NBA, All-Star and Super Bowl weekends for over 10 years where I brought in popular celebrities to host these events.Prior to that I worked with numerous construction companies as a General Contractor. Facilitated the entire construction process; including pre-construction concerns, development of construction budgets and production schedules, management of government entities and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost-effective schedule as possible.I was responsible for running/building construction projects on a day to day basis throughout the United States. Managed the work of all sub-contractors who were hired to perform various parts of the projects (such as mechanical, electrical or plumbing). As the General Contractor on Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects I gained experience in Project Coordination, Estimating, Drafting and Design as well.
