» Possess Lift Competent Person Grade III registered under JKKP» Perform second schedule inspection» Duties include general servicing of elevator/lifts assigned ( Mitsubishi elevators, and also some elevators under KONE & ARSROBO)» Preparing all reports required» Work independently under the supervision of the Engineer & Manager» Work as a team/individually» To assist/train fresh technicians on the field» To do 24 hours standby works» To provide manpower and technical support/breakdown works

» To do routine maintenance service works» To do 24 hours standby works» To rectify/reduce call-backs with robust door operating system» To proactive part replacement for continuous service and to ensure all damaged parts returned and with proper record» To issue a proper service/repair records after work done» To provide manpower and technical support/breakdown works» To do lift/escalator trouble-shooting works under my responsibilities» To inform Head Office if any major breakdown or need assistance» As a Group Leader-to train/assist Junior Mechanic/Field Technician» Annually preparation of reports (2nd Schedule Inspection Report for JKKP/DOSH)-Certificate of Fitness» Monthly/weekly preparation of Maintenance reports » Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
