Managed the operations of a medium-size downtown congregation. Supervised at least 15 full and part-time staff members. Coordinated the work of numerous volunteers and teams involved in the planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of worship, pastoral care, community assistance, fundraising, community engagement, and education.Shared in the development, oversight, and utilization of operating budgets of at least $1 million in cooperation with staff, finance committee, program leaders, and the Board of Directors. Provided information and guidance to the Endowment Board of Directors on the investment and allocation of a multidimensional $5 million endowment fund.Quickly adapted the organizational work to meet the developing needs of the congregation and community in response to the changing circumstances and challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Administered a multidimensional religious support program in cooperation with state and national leaders on behalf of the Adjutant General for 12,000 Soldiers and Airmen and their families on state, national and international levels. Recruited, assessed, trained, assigned, and deployed over twenty religious support teams for state, national and overseas missions. Developed, hosted, and evaluated yearly training events for religious support personnel.

Responsible for the programs, ministries, staff and finances of a downtown multi generational congregation. Supervised seven full time and twelve part time employees. Coordinated staff and volunteer management of $1.5 million operating fund and $3 million endowment fund. Recruited individual volunteers and teams dedicated to specific needs and programs in the congregation. Developed and offered weekly presentations, sermons and teachings. Initiated discussion and planning toward engaging and serving downtown.
