Mary Kay is a large global direct marketing cosmetics distributor and I spent 20 years as VP, Finance, IT & Operations and have extensive experience across Finance, Technology and Operational areas of the business which was made up of up to 12 different countries throughout the period of employment. One of the significant achievements was as Finance leader for the introduction of non-carbonated beverages into these 3 countries which involved capital expenditure submission and subsequent support of supply chain and product costing for movement of products across borders.

This was a business with turnover of A$75m and 650 employees. During this period of employment, I was responsible for the whole Finance function. It was a challenging period with significant currency devaluation of around 20% and one of the key tasks on the ground was to put in place hedges to buy forward currencies. Upgraded the Finance capability to include stronger business planning and forecasting processes.

CCA Ukraine is the manufacturer and distributor of soft drinks which during my period of employment grew to become a company with over 2,400 employees and turnover nearing A$120m. Part of my key responsibilities were to implement Operational systems and controls throughout the company while branch depot's were expanding from 2 to 20 and reporting of Australian GAAP results to HO in Sydney.

Arrived to Prague in October 1992 when the Country was Czechoslovakia but this country split in January 1994 which required a segregation of financial accounting systems to support 2 countries. Implemented the Company's temporary and permanent financial accounting systems during this assignment.
