Tony Constable is a well-known figure in US and international government contracting circles. He began working in the IT and engineering fields in the UK in 1964 and emigrated to the United States in 1968. He spent the next 7 years eclectically dabbling in computer performance measurement, telecommunications, and developing one of the early, and successful, third party packaged application software programs.CAI/SISCo, the company he started in 1975, has quietly assisted domestic and international clients win more than 1,800 major government and commercial major competitive awards with an aggregate value of more than $1T. These opportunities have involved most branches of the United States federal government and covered a panoply of technologies and activities.
