Responsibilities included creating and communicating goals and objectives to a team of producers, editors, programmers, graphic design team and talent. Oversee daily in-house studio operations, department budget and payroll, as well as interviewing and hiring staff, freelancers and vendors as needed. Provide guidance and direction to develop staff and execute annual performance evaluations.

Produced a daily live 30-minute program on a wide variety of topics including sports, personal finance, entertainment and technology. Responsibilities included creating show content, overseeing daily live studio production, booking and screening guests and directing talent and crew during live show execution. Additional producing duties included field producing for two weekly prime-time sports shows; “Game Face” and “Sports Section”. Responsible for researching, creating and developing story ideas, directing talent and field crew and overseeing post production process.
