Management of Schering-Plough's Paracox sterile vaccine manufacturing plant. I was promoted into this position as production was about to be moved to a new plant and managed the transfer of production into a new purpose-built facility including equipment and process validation, production start up and ongoing manufacture to market. Managed a team of 12 permanent staff covering in-process manufacturing, packing and dispatch or temperature sensitive short shelf-life product.

Technical Support to production of Paracox vaccine plant, including process development, validation, efficiencies improvments etc.

Developed, implementated, validated and commissioned scaled up and semi automated manufacture of Paracox primary production process as part of an over all expansion project.
