Tony has worked in Technology for 30 years and in that period, almost everything has changed – hardware, software, connectivity – the cycle of change has been constant. However, there is one thing that remained constant, great customer service. Although hard to find and even harder to instill into a team, this has been the cornerstone of Dato. Starting the business 20 years ago, Tony made the customer experience his singular aim. At DATO Technologies, we believe in delivering a great customer experience in technology. This has been one of the key differentiators of DATO Technologies from the multitude of providers out there and has been the key to our success. Having worked in technology from the ground up, Tony understands what it takes to deliver relevant technological advice, quality products, and fantastic service to our customers. He makes customer experience the yardstick by which everything and everyone at DATO is measured. Today he has transitioned from working “in” the business to working “on” the business, but his passion stays the same while aided by a wonderful team who believes that technology which works well is an achievable and worthwhile goal!
