Performing the following duties in all three roles above with varying levels of responsibility:• Overseeing daily sales operations, managing all accounts and estimations for major clients in heavy mining, engineering and other industries• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls• Recruiting, training, supervising and mentoring personnel• Customer service and liaison, providing expert technical advice regarding refurbishing and repairing hydraulic cylinders• Building strong working relationships with management, mine managers, maintenance specialists, logistics personnel and other key stakeholders• Conducting negotiations with clients regarding pricing and special conditions• Assisting clients with warranty claims and conditions, resolving complaints and enquiries• Liaising with mining engineers and supervisors to design and produce suitable hydraulic seals and bearings for each client’s specific needs• Quoting and advising clients on all technical aspects of the work to be completed including costings, work in progress, turnaround times and logistics• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records• Organising transport for parts and equipment• Conducting site visits to national and international mining sites• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and documentation • Maintaining an extensive and up to date knowledge of products and advancements in the hydraulic and seals industry• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health and safety regulations
