I serve as Division Reliability Manager for the Paper Solutions division of WestRock - a Fortune 200 global leader in packaging papers. The scope consists of 31 papermills across North America, Brazil, and India. In this role, I am the owner and champion of the WestRock Reliability and Work Management Models that serve as the guiding work system best practices for maximum asset reliability and performance at our mills. I am responsible for supporting the effective development and implementation of the reliability and work management best practice elements at the mills to include RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Predictive and Preventive Maintenance best practices, Precision Maintenance best practices, risk management programs, and strategic training programs for salary and hourly resources. I facilitate networking activities, administer the central Reliability best practices website, and conduct Reliability roundtable events to gain participation from the mill resources and to share best practices across the division.
