I am an accomplished Senior Executive and Strategic People leader with expertise in rail globally and locally and across other Transport agencies. I have managed complex transformation change programs in Transport and more recently involved with Transport for NSW and NSW Government in designing the Future Transport Strategy 2056. I have strong track record of successfully leading large workforces of 10,000 plus staff, managing budgets of $2.8B of annual opex and $37B Assets, successfully leading large scale transformation and change programs where I have been called upon to provide advice and deliver challenged projects and bring them back to budget.
