Worked independently & collaboratively with Scott Lewis by managing all non-direct intake customer sales calls and investigation requests. Discretionary application and determination of intake investigations, including probable success rate, liability, scheduling, turnaround time and direct consultation with Scott Lewis. Set-up, managed, and conducted several types of investigations, including but not limited to: various levels of background checks, missing persons, infidelity, surveillance intelligence, locates (discreet & straightforward), witness statements, skip tracing, comprehensive & confidential investigations, asset searches & more through an extensive case management list of 5-10 simultaneous Scott Lewis investigations.

Independently & collaboratively conducted several types of investigations, including but not limited to: Comprehensive Activity Checks (CAC), background checks, missing persons, locates (discreet & straightforward), witness statements, clinical inspections, skip tracing, comprehensive & confidential investigations, asset searches & more through an extensive independently responsible case management list of 20-40 simultaneous investigations. Responsible for intake investigations, customer contact, sales calls and more with approximately $1,000-$10,000 in monthly independent investigation and surveillance sales. Supervised and managed a team of 85+ team members on and off duty as an LOD (Leader on Duty) while directly recruiting, hiring, and managing a full team of TPS' (Target Protection Specialists). Successfully reduced asset losses and improved overall performance numbers by strategically planning, coordinating, assigning, delegating tasks, and driving results of the Shortage Action Plan throughout multiple areas including, but not limited to: Point of Sale, Guest Service, Hardlines, Softlines, Jewelry, and Electronics as well as processes, including: Asset Protection, Logistics, Hardlines, Softlines, Guest Service, and Human Resources. Contributed in meeting and surpassing payroll goals of the Target Corporations by advancing and improving tools, reports, and streamlining processes.
