About Tony Flounders

I am a highly motivated individual with 19 years’ sales and account management experience.My passion and drive comes from connecting with my prospects and customers to fully understand their specific individual and business requirements. This enables me to specialise in two arrears. The first being Sales Aid Leasing, this is where suppliers who sell equipment from £1000 upwards wish to offer their customer a leasing package. I set up schemes for these suppliers so they obtain the maximum acceptance rate on their deals. The second is direct leasing to the SME where an SME is looking to raise funds to purchase equipment, vehicles or simply raise money for other business purposes.Customer experience and satisfaction is key… I will always go above and beyond for my customers and find that happy customers lead to successful results all round. No surprise that over 30% of my sales come from a referral point.On a personal note I take great pride in the fact that I have never missed a target or sales objective over the 19 year period and have achieved Salesperson of the year and division consistently over the years.
