Responsible for all Financial Accounting and Reporting

Managed all functions of Finance for ANZ including Statutory, Payroll, AR, AP, Tax, Working Capital and Treasury. Also responsible for local implementation of global plans/strategies relative to acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructuring from Finance, Systems, Taxation and Secretarial aspects. Company Secretary for up to 15 companies.Key Achievements:* Successful leadership and management of local Finance aspects in Global multi billion $ acquisitions by Pfizer including Parke Davis, Pharmacia, Wyeth and Hospira in ANZ. * Managing the planning and execution of the outsourcing of certain Finance functions to the Pfizer Shared Service Centre in China

Responsibility for management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Consumer Healthcare division of Pfizer Australia and New Zealand Key Achievement:* Transition of the Consumer Healthcare business to Pfizer financial reporting systems and policies from legacy Warner Lambert processes/systems

Responsibility for general ledger reporting, accounts payable, employee expenses and payroll support for the various operating businesses of Pfizer Australia. Key Achievement:* Transfer of payroll system from outsourced arrangement to full in house processing
