Performance analysis and improvement across all aspects of UKI Tivoli Support Team.Improve performance against SLAs, internal KPIs and Client satisfaction requirements and deliver effective action plans to European Management team. Ensure technical support is delivered to Enterprise clients maintaining highest levels of problem management and client care. Act as the escalation point for critical situations (major incidents) and manage them to resolution.Team coordination: Team building, Strategy, Resource availability, education and ‘wellbeing’.
