As an ECG Counsellor at MOE, I assist students to discover their strengths, interests, and aspirations, and guide them in making informed plans and decisions for their education and career. I have close to 3 years of experience in this role, where I conduct individual and group counselling sessions and workshops, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' holistic development and well-being.I am also passionate about social impact and community engagement, having led and coached a team of 16 members for various volunteering initiatives under Hewlett Packard Enterprise's CSR program. I focused on local community engagement and instilling volunteerism spirit among the employees, and building a diversity and inclusive culture, with the objectives of benefiting the needy and advancing the way people live and work. I also identified and built mutually beneficial and strategic partnerships with nonprofits and public sector organizations to drive scale and impact, and provide assistance to the underserved local communities. Additionally, I have more than 10 years of experience in regional delivery and program management, working with cross-functional teams at global, regional, and country levels, and driving improvements and efficiencies within the teams. I am a strong believer that everyone is unique and special, and that everyone can make a difference, no matter how small the effort is. I embrace inclusivity and diversity, and I am motivated by the opportunity to help others achieve their potential and goals. My mission is to guide students and drive social change at MOE, leveraging my skills and expertise in counselling, CSR, and program management.
