Lead the strategic thinking on revenue & cost, and make cost management an ongoing process.Lead business planning / rolling forecast process and financial analysis, manage P&L, Balance Sheet and cash forecast to ensure delivering Plant / Country /Region’s Target, support business team on IRR/Payback analysis for new program, take lead in capital investment analysis to support business fast growth, drive margin improvement plan and review the progress periodically to ensure action has been taken to improve the operating income(OI), drive new program and lead the margin review by OEM / Platform periodically.lead the team to support operation team on cost reduction and saving project, prepare monthly business review with China management team and take prompt follow up action after the review meeting, lead monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and ensure it smooth and accurate, focus on internal process improvement continuously and people development, work as coordinator for Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting and be the communication bridge to directors. Gatekeeper of compliance & internal control at Guangzhou plant, perform Balance Sheet review on monthly basis, take lead in annual CIT filing and declaration, work closely with Internal Control team, legal and tax team on taxation and compliance matter.

Lead a 23 member size finance team in N.China, across Suzhou, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Kunshan, focus on human development within the structure to build up a strong finance team, take up controllership & Compliance matter across North China 6 plants and work as a business partner to the business & operation team and support business expansion, integration as well as series of cost down projects, take risk management role to limit potential exposure and lead North China Tax Project to work with Corporate Project Team, Regional Finance, Regional Tax, Regional Legal, external consultants(all big 4) and build up relationship and contact with multiple cities' senior tax officials and decision makers.
