Responsible for managing the Bechtel Jacobs Company (US DOE prime contractor) security program to protect against unauthorized access; loss or theft of classified matter; theft, loss, or diversion or destruction of special nuclear material; and other hostile acts that might cause adverse impacts on national security. Additional responsibilities included the implementation of the US DOE East Tennessee Technology Park emergency management program and the operation of the site's 24-hour operations center.

Maintained the company emergency plan and emergency plan implementing procedures, planned and conducted emergency drills and exercises, trained personnel staffing the emergency operations center, and oversaw the development of facility hazards assessments that formed the basis of the emergency management program.

Various positions in the Lockheed Martin Energy Systems (a US DOE prime contractor) environmental compliance program. Specific environmental regulatory programs that I worked in included the Clean Water Act and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. Additionally provided support to the DOE Reindustrialization program by conducting CERCLA 120(h) reviews.
