Assist with Aramco PCI in KSA

MOPU Superintendent - Previously Managed 5 (Five) Offshore MOPU Units and 1 (One) Production Platform - Supervising Fleet OIM’s and OperationsResponsibilities incurred in current position with Coastal Energy (a CEPSA company) - - Lead in training local personnel to manage the entire Songhkla field and Thailand fleet of 5 MOPUs and 1 fixed platform in a safe professional manner.- Responsible for all MOPU’S and supervisor of OIM’S, additionally OIM on EP4.- Responsible for health and safety and welfare of all field POB (currently 200 to 400).- Entrusted by CEPSA/Coastal for safeguarding the people, property, the environment, and the corporate image and reputation.- Field Emergency co-ordination. Site Emergency Coordinator heading the Level 1 response (site) per CEPSA Crisis Management Plan.- Ensure compliance with legislative and Company guidelines / procedures.- Plan, develop, and justify repair and maintenance programs. Ensure critical parts are ordered to ensure continued operations.- Plan and execute all MOPU moves within Thailand and Malaysian waters.- Lead in HSE and equipment improvement and provide support and advice to offshore production personnel.- Manage and plan in conjunction with external services providers, contractors, and vendors for required, upgrades, shutdowns and maintenance of all MOPU’s equipment.- Ensure the effective operational performance and integrity of all the installations, its facilities, and personnel.- Plan and co-ordinate vessels and utility maintenance plans.- Promote safety awareness and ensure safety drills conducted on all MOPU’s.- HLO supervisor for helideck operations and medevac’s.- Hold daily meetings with production personnel to plan daily operations, approve PTW’s and JSA’s. Optimize production operations. Partial process trained (new hydrocyclones).

Responsibilities incurred in the various positions with Atwood Oceanics:- O.I.M / Designated Rig Mover during rig moving operations, assuming total overall control of the vessel and decision making for all safety considerations. Responsible for the safety of personnel and company, client assets.- Responsible for stability and trim jacking, and ensuring the structure and operation within operational tolerances of the installation.- Training junior staff.- Total rig move operations planning, and safe execution of rig relocation and final positioning.- Pre-Platform inspections, risk assessments, planning positioning tolerances and advising clients of exact rig final position and well proving.- Stability of the vessel whilst under tow.- Positioning Rig on and off location, directing tow vessels.- Running Anchors, calculating wire centenary, positioning mid-line buoys.- Supervising Jacking rig legs on and off location, within weather limitations.- Supervising single leg and simultaneous preloading of the vessel once in final position.- Other experiences, loading jack-ups onto Dry tow vessels, Swiss cheezing and stomping procedures. Positioning rigs back to back with MOPU production facilities, dockside, heavy lift vessel loading, production platforms and open locations. Rig maintenance supervisor.- Flag state compliance.- ABS inspections and any repairs.

Worked on the Rowan Halifax / Gorilla 7 Jack -UpsResponsibilities incurred in the various positions with Rowan Drilling:- Stability and trim of vessel.- Jacking and ensuring the unit is within operational limits.- Preloading.- Flag State, ABS, DNV, USCG compliance.- Shipyard repairs to ABS standards
