Responsibilities as HR EXECUTIVE with Le-Maritime Kochi• Recruitment and Selection. • Staff On boarding and Off boarding.• Handling statutory benefits such as PF, NFH, LWF, and ESI. • Payroll Handling. • Grievance handling.• Employee engagement – Conducting Birthday bash, Staff Meeting, etc...• Performance management and evaluation.• Biometric and attendance handling.• Vehicle Management.•Employee Cafeteria Meals: - Updating of Menu, associate Feedback forms, controlling the Hygiene Part etc.•Preparation of the Exit Interview, Full & Final Settlement for the terminated Employees.
