Things I do:- UI- Prototyping for user tests- User test health software- Work with DHIS2 team (worlds largest health information system used in 80+ countries) to make their mobile app easier to use. - Work with OpenSRP team (heath software used in 11+ countries) to make their mobile app easier to use- Create education material to help teams build user centered health software- Support health ministries in countries like Zambia, Bangladesh and organisations like WHO, World Diabetes Foundation make easy to use software that drives program improvements.- Make slide decks

The design head moved to product management 2 months after I joined the team. So I led the design team and together we:- Designed and launched CallHub’s 1st mobile app- Launched a bunch of web app features that customers loved & added to the bottom line- Introduced flexible design processes contextual to each problem (sometime we were okay with not having a process)Other cool stuff:- Hired a new Product Designer- Mentored the design team- Led the experiment to use a pod model to launch and iterate faster- Owned few features completely from writing PRDs to generating revenue- Did basic generative research for new initiatives and usability testing of prototypes- Identified team dinner locations

I led a team of content marketers, overseeing tasks like editing content, measuring its impact, setting guidelines, and planning content schedules. Additionally, I developed a design system for our marketing website and created its designs.

Wrote copy that spans long-form search optimized content, emails, guides, website copy and product copy.
