Design end-to-end voice, Data, wireless network, telecommunications infrastructure and security solutions to meet SMB and enterprise client requirements.2. Monitor and review company's project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time & budget.3. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients so as to maintain revenue increase for the company.4. Analyze and explore market trends: identifying new opportunities for the company.5. Carry out proof of concept trials and technology demonstrations for clients & partners.6. Work with sales team to respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs7. Co-ordinate with marketing team in developing plans for new product launching, organize product promotion and training events.8. Manage processing of faulty products for replacement or repair as part of the RMA Process.

1. Design, installation, configuration and maintenance of multi-vendor wireless network infrastructure for P2P backhauling. 2. Configuration and monitoring of multi-vendor network equipment including routers, firewall, switches.3. Technical support and billing of internet subscribers. 4. Install, maintain and repair Ethernet, fiber optic networks and telecom circuitry.5. Computer hardware and software installation and configuration6. Design and installation of power back-up solutions. 7. Installation and configuration of digital and analogue CCTV surveillance systems.

1.Liaising with Internet Service Providers to ensure that there is consistent internet connection.2.Advising the client when purchasing I.T equipment including servers, laptops and desktops by ensuring that they are of the best standard and legalized distributors3.Managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers and software installed4.Overseeing the installations of new systems and software.5.Setting up new users; assigning them equipment, configuring their email addresses, antiviruses and ensuring the smooth running of these machines.6.Implementing Financial, Human Resource systems.7.Training new and existing users in handling I.T equipment8.Consistent data backups and setting up a plan in case of hard disk crash or data loss.9.Implementing new systems that can ensure the smooth running of organizations when using I.T systems
