These services have governmental agencies as customers, and the users are private companies that trade via air or sea.- Based on ITIL processes, I have managed teams of approximately 20 people and activities associated with the IT service desk, including Networking and Web Services, overseeing them throughout their operational lifecycle.- I took part in a major and successful project to migrate essential Brazilian government IT services' service desk to the IBM Control Desk workflow tool in a transparent manner for users from all over the country. I engaged in this project for two-plus years, received a four-week training from the vendor, and trained more than forty of my colleagues. Additionally, I was a part of the support team for the new system.- Coached, motivated and executed training sessions for coworkers groups (4 to 15 people)related to topics such as extracting and elaborating reports, and how to map workflows for customerservice processes.
