In thirteen years I was allocated to different environments, such as client'sbuilding, company’s offices and headquarter. I performed such roles related to IT servicemanagement, security of information and system administration. To summarize some of the roles:1) IT Service Management Specialist- Be part of the team that monitors and maintains approximately 40 web services for governmental foreign trade, ensuring compliance with Service Levels Agreements, improving user experience and providing assistance. These services have governmental agencies as customers, and the users are private companies that trade via air or sea.- Based on ITIL processes, I have managed teams of approximately 20 people and activities associated with the IT service desk, including Networking and Web Services, overseeing them throughout their operational lifecycle.- I took part in a major and successful project to migrate essential Brazilian government IT services' service desk to the IBM Control Desk workflow tool in a transparent manner for users from all over the country. I engaged in this project for two-plus years, received a four-week training from the vendor, and trained more than forty of my colleagues. Additionally, I was a part of the support team for the new system.- Coached, motivated and executed training sessions for coworkers groups (4 to 15 people)related to topics such as extracting and elaborating reports, and how to map workflows for customerservice processes.

2) Security Management: From 2006 to 2008, I worked extensively in IT security information management and risk management, using the Facilitated Risk Analysis Process (FRAP) methodology, ISO 27001, and internal standards. My duties included developing IT security policies and best practices to ensure that these were consistently incorporated into the company's cybersecurity program. Furthermore, I took part in multidisciplinary risk analysis teams, which allowed us to guarantee reliable first-class service for internal and external clients.3) System Administration and SupportStarting in 2004 I had two years of experience providing system administration in a Windows 2000 Active Directory environment with 2000 users and machines. This included managing local and remote IT servers and services such as printers, authentication, e-mail, file server, backup and antivirus for those users.

From 1997 to 2004, I studied and worked in various areas, such as providing phone support to internet users (www.terra.com.br), being a microinformatic teacher and helping with support and helpdesk tasks for some companies. Additionally, I was both a student and a researcher in a master's course about computer networks and their protocols. Even though I had already started my final project on network management, I was unable to finish it due to success in Serpro's contest, which required me to move away from the city, thus making it impossible to complete said project.
