Substantial global experience working in the USA, Canada, Asia & Europe and nearly 10 years of cross border, complex, multi sited M&A (buy and sell) and post M&A integration experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia, including China and Japan.Active member of the Institute For Turnaround (The IFT): NED on the main board and Fellow of the IFT (FIFT).
