I have learnt all the attributes necessary to be successful in the storage industry which include a vast knowledge of different functions from within. My skill sets within the industry are unique and not often found. My experience include the following over my 20 year service with Hays: Transport Manager, Operations Manager, Sale Consultant (Corporate client) & Centre Manager. I was successful at all roles and currently I am working as the Head Of Operations in my latest role. The main attributes that I also bring to a company is delivering projects on time also running successful operations. If I have a weakness then it's my quiet nature which has always confused my MD/ CEO asto how I am able to run such disciplined sites successfully. But in truth I see no need to shout and scream when being firm and frank works every time for me. I have the knowledge within this industry to compete with the best on my level.
