Developed and authored operating procedures for engineering change requests, engineering change orders, and deviation authorizations. Created process for part identification marking. Initiated development of work/assembly instructions. Oversaw and provided design input for the teams developing tooling and fixturing for the production floor. Working with manufacturers and vendors, provided feedback from the team on custom third party product improvement. Initiated the development of installation documentation. Provided the install teams with members of the manufacturing engineering team to document and develop installation instructions. On-site support and assistance with installation of systems. Created Start/Stop/Continue post installation documentation. Managed on-site installation of the first off-shore system install in Truganina, Victoria, Australia. Was the key point of contact throughout the entire 2 month installation. Managed not only the House of Design's install team, controls engineers, robot system engineers but also managed and worked with contracted local system engineers, millwrights, other integration companies, site building owners and ultimately the customer. Because this was the first international install, there were many challenges that came up that had to be managed in situ.
