We do maintenance and repair for commercial properties in Duluth, Superior and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in fast response time, which separates us from our competitors, and if it's an emergency, you can depend on the Building Logic team to be there in a moments notice. Our services include HVAC, and all "handy-man" services such as general carpentry, doors & windows, steps and handrails, cabinets, drywall patching and repair, painting and staining. We also provide small-scale concrete repairs and replacement. We also can assist in providing a complete evaluation of your electrical systems, pointing out areas in need of improvement or code-required updates. We will assist and make recommendations for economical corrective measures. Our motto is one call solves all.

I work in Sales, Marketing, Inventory, Finance, Creative, and Public Relations. Involved in day to day activities at both Duluth and Two Harbors locations. Travel on the weekends to curling tournaments called bonspiels.

Worked in website retention. Responsibilities included working with current dealers to change and update their site to keep it fresh and current. Showing new products that might help their business, offering suggestions and addressing any concerns or questions they had concerning their website.

Greeted guests and made sure their experience at the restaurant was positive. Worked with staff in all positions when needed. Disciplined employees that had broken rules or had customer complaints against them, and helped correct mistakes. Worked with the owners on upcoming promotions and specials. Made sure the tills were correct to start the day, and if closing the restaurant, made sure the tills were locked up and the restaurant was secure before leaving. When owners were away, was responsible for counting out the tills and making the deposits.
