I was required to produce all the weekly timetables, conducting staff reviews, interview new staff, maintaining registerers of restricted or new items to come onto the site, manage my team in their delivery, and conduct validation of their assessment tools. I was reporting to BKI Corrections Education in Essendon, GEO Australia Fulham and through them to Corrections Victoria. I provided weekly updated as to the tracking of BKI to the two most important indicators that BKI were responsible for SDO15 and 16. These reports were supplied monthly and tracking the Ten Performance Indictors. Two of these ten, if failed, could have resulted in a financial penalty for BKI. Over my time we never were fined. I was provided IT support to all my staff and was the one of three BKI staff who had superusers rights to the Correction Victoria OSN system, a computer system for the inmates to use. I -
