I have been a Director of EIC Ltd since it was formed in 1990 and I have been the managing /director since 1998. I do the day to running of the company and I have been responsible for major infrastructure upgrades including the construction of the 3.6 km pipeline from lake Dunstan to the Fraser River. I am responsible to a Board of Directors and 120 shareholders.

I was the Mayor of the Central Otago District from 2010 until 2016. I was previously the Deputy Mayor for 9 years and I have been a councillor since 1989.I have a background in orcharding having owned and managed them for 30 years. I also have an extensive knowledge of irrigation having been a director of an Irrigation company since 1989.
