Over seeing safe running of perspex climbing wall including staff training, risk Assessments, policies and procedures, construction of wall with engineers, route setting and organising staff/volunteers. Whilst working for intrepid pursuits

Conducting morning meetings with activity team, ensuring smooth running of stores and activities, activity safety checks and inputting in to database. Session observations to maintain high quality and safe sessions. Various staff training land and water based. Leading groups through a variety of outdoor experiences.
