I advise companies on data governance, data stewardship, data ecosystems and data flow optimization. As a Biometrics and R&D Strategy leader I set the direction to support Clinical Development and data use in R&D overall. The research and scientific inquiry that unfolds daily keeps me motivated to do better and continue to grow the business by implementing data governance and innovated technology to increase revenue. I harness emerging digital technologies that will put patients and study staff first, how to treat data as an asset, and how to constantly improve and complement clinical and research trial designs. Every day we have more data and more complexity. We need to define a data ecosystem, with a digitally defined backbone, connected to a data fabric layer thatconnects it all - or at least takes baby steps to doing so.
