As a section manager for the Resilient Navigation (R-NAV) Department duties include managing both the careers and day to day operations of 22 employees. Duties include reviewing technical quality of all section staff work products and ensuring that all work is done on time and within budget. Responsibilities also include appraisals, job assignments, and career development for staff. In addition, duties also include basis of estimate (BOE) generation for department and proposal chief engineer (CE) which entails being responsible for all technical content and resource planning for new programs.

IPTL for Air Worthiness Program (AWP) technical trade studies. Oversaw development, budget, and technical content 13+ engineering staff that explored adding capabilities such as additional anti-jam (AJ), resiliency, open systems architecture, and precision landing to the Miniaturized Airborne GPS Receiver 2000- Modernized (MAGR2K-M) baseline. The effort assessed the optimal permutation of the thirteen trade studies to apply to the MAGR2K-M baseline that will align with the Air Force’s vision of developing a resilient navigation solution. All future navigation products will be more robust, resilient, and easily upgradeable to address the evolving adversarial threats.

- Systems Engineering IPT lead responsible for evaluating the technical feasibility, optimization, fiscal, and enterprise impact of proposed technical requirements changes across entire GPS technical baseline and their potential impact to all modernized GPS User Equipment- Engineering Lead for Department of Defense (DoD) to resolve “Hot Start” technical problem- Modernized GPS receivers must be able to transfer relevant legacy data to weapons systems while providing an modernized Positioning, Velocity, and Timing (PVT) solution. - Acting Navy Program Manager responsible for addressing all Navy interests concerning the present and future logistics of integrating of modernized space-based navigation technology onto Navy platforms.
