Which included training staff, completing site safety inspections, vehicle safety inspections, organising timely servicing of equipment and vehicles as well as the test and tag of electronics. Other responsibilities include timesheets, payroll, sales, customer service, auditing, contractor compliance, inductions, delivery scheduling, preparing rosters, assessing KPI's, budgeting, stocktake, conducting interviews, attending meetings, and proactively building team and stakeholder relationships.Previously I was an Operations Manager for a Newcastle security company where rostered staff for events and licenced venues before traveling around NSW managing the hands-on operations of our larger events. Such event and venues include Lovedale Long Lunch, Nitro Circus, Qudos Bank Arena & the international Convention Centre Sydney, Hope Estate and Bimbadgen Estate concerts, and Red-Hot Summer Tours to ensure excellent customer service and contractual compliance.I Enjoy learning new things and am currently teaching myself Spanish as a second language.
