A former world-class multi-discipline adventure race athlete, cycling enthusiast, and 18-year Brain Cancer Survivor.Tony has extensive Customer Service experience and working knowledge of the non-profit sector.Proficient in Nonprofit Organizations, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Athletic event marketing, and an advanced I.T. understanding of Social media, Microsoft, Google, and Apple software applications.Forward-Thinking customer service support professional graduating from Cobequid Educational Center in 1988. Tony credits the 24 months of work in a call center as having the most significant impact on his professional life. However, his work career officially began in Pugwash, Nova Scotia, and International production management with extended time on the island of St Lucia. W.I.Tony’s Biggest accomplishment was realized in 2010 when he and fellow Cancer Survivor and best friend Lori Kayser founded the Team Tony Cancer Foundation. The Mission of Team Tony is to pair a Cancer Fighter with a Cancer Survivor of similar diagnosis, age, life experiences, and hobbies to offer Free Peer support from someone who has traveled the same path to provide insight and inspiration like no other can. The Sarasota Chamber of Commerce 2016 Health and Wellness organization of the Year award confirmed Team Tony is Filling a much-needed void in Our community.
