First and foremost I love languages and I love coding. I entered college with the burning desire to fulfill all my dreams and passions, which quicly lead me to become a double major of Information Systems and Spanish by the start of my second semester of college. So far so good, since I began my college career I have been granted many great opportunites which I’ll always hold dear to my heart. Which include: -Furthering my fluency in Spanish by Studying Abroad for half a year in the beautiful city of Granada, Spain (2018)-Enhancing my Information Technology experience by completing two summer Internships with two very powerful Fortune 500 Companies: Discover Financial Services & State Farm. -Participating in various IT clubs and a Spanish club.All of these thing were done while connecting and meeting great young professionals at Illinois State university. These experiences have helped me build greater character, develop intriguing social skills and a strong level of mental toughness. Even with all these experiences I strive every day to learn more new things and become better so that I can stay ahead of my competition. Everyday I prioritize learning new IT languages & Technologies. I also emphasize the everyday use of my Spanish by reading, writing, speaking and socializing with native speakers. One of my best trait is my humbleness, I stay humble by continuing to give back to the community and assisting others in their growth. And I always keep in my mind that “there is always more to learn especially from someone with more experience who has achieved a bit more than you.” No matter how high I climb in my life, I will always retain a teachable mindset.
