With over 35 years' of experience in both commercial aviation and military Search and Rescue (SAR) operations, I've held senior operational, technical, human resource and commercial roles. Some of these roles involved hands-on work within specialized operations teams, while others required me to lead strategic change efforts and implement business development initiatives, both internally and with client organization's. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to see many projects through to completion, cultivating relationships that prioritized both the human and commercial aspects of collaboration. My focus on establishing partnership and resilience helped to navigate uncertainty and ensure manageable and lasting change.
