Coordinate all trades involved in each phase of every project. Worked on several high profile interior buildouts in the downtown Chicago area. Remodeled the lobby of the 350 Orleans building, Once with Bear and the 1st time with W.E. Oneil. Also built out several office spaces for Chicago based companies in that building. Two of them fast paced. Built out several large showrooms at The Mart. Supervised a 100,000 square foot build out of the Allstate Research and Technology space. Recently completed the Mart Micro Park just outside of The Mart main entry and adjacent to the river. Completed several research labs at the Northwestern University Evanston Campus.Currently working on an AMAZING ROBOTICS LAB at NU in Evanston.

Greater Chicago Area

Installed high end millwork at several high profile projects including Art Institute, Miller -Coors Headquarters, Kirkland and Ellis , Childrens Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, just to name a few.

Downtown Chicago

Supervise and schedule contractors for the interior demolition and reconstruction of 2 Chicago Landmark buildings that are now used for student housing. 1001 W. Van Buren. Automatic Lofts. And 626 S. Clark. Dwight Lofts . Working closely with the Architects and Structural engineers to overcome any unforseen issues in the rehab of these projects, and insure that these buildings meet the stringent requirements of the Illinois Landmark Commision. Both projects consisted of creating undergound parking , new elevators, completely new MEP systems, extensive exterior work.

Greater Chicago Area

Started as a journeyman carpenter , working my way to foreman, and eventually to Project Superintendent in 1998. Supervised several high profile projects in the Chicago area including -Disneyquest. Disneys first project off property. 5 story, indoor, virtual reality amusement park.-Club Quarters Hotel. 75 E. Wacker. Converting a Chicago Landmark building that was built in the 1920's, Mather Tower, into a 42 story hotel while the buliding was partially occupied. Roughly 288,000 square feet interior space.Including some interior structural improvements to accommodate new fire stairs, all new MEP sytems, modernizing existing elevators, and installing a new rooftop cupola using one of the largest helicopters in the country.-350 N. Orleans Lobby remodel and new roadway . Approximately 50,000 square feet of space on the 1st floor. Demo existing stores and office spaces. New terrazzo floor, new lighting, new storefront with an electric revolving door, including extensive structural rework, new mechanical systems. All this work was complete while maintaing complete access for all building tenants.-Stein Office furniture/ Circuit City. Remodel of existing 5 story warehouse to provide a 2 level showroom and office space for the existing Stein Office Furniture Co. Retail area on 1st and 2nd floor for Circuit City. One floor of the area for future tenants. Work included a new 5 story parking garage attached to the existing building. Work was completed without an interuption to their business.-Wheaton College Sports and Recreation Center. A new 2 story complex including 2 multi use gym areas with and indoor suspended running track. 2 story faculty office area. And remodel of the existing college basketball arena.
