My role was to implement strategies to reduce the crash rate in the largest gov Dept in Victoria. Initially sponsored by the VIMA and Lumely's General insurance, I delivered coaching and training sessions [mainly]to the drivers of the Disability Service branch.As there was a funding issue/dispute [which Dept to fund my position] my role expired and wasnt renewed.
