Responsible for supervising and coordinating project warehousing, materials laydowns, site services and logistics activities with particular emphasis on management on warehousing laydown and storage areas, including receipt, inspection and dispatch of materials and equipment from site.

Co-ordinate Transport and Warehouse operations of the Jandakot Freight and Warehouse Facility.Management and leadership of two Supervisors, one Team Leader and 40 Staff members.Identify improvement initiatives which deliver customer service improvements and budgeted freight cost outcomes.Construct and implement maintenance plan each month, including the scheduling of 35 prime movers, 85 trailers including extendable, skel, sideloader, taughtliner and dog trailers.Manage planning equipment downtime and maintenance, with particular attention given to managing and maintaining R&M budgets.Monitor, analyse and report on P&L activity and other financial reports.Ensure stock inventory is maintained and correct auditing procedures are followed, and train staff in the use of the paperless warehouse management system.Report on and monitor OH&S activities including weekly audits, Adhere to legislative and company requirements for OH&S, including the transport and storage of dangerous and hazardous substances.
