The key challenge here was phasing of the refurbishment whilst keeping all building functions operational, overlaid with extensive asbestos removal. My primary focus was therefore upon careful planning and communication of the phased works.• Filton College £17M new build WISE sports/arts campus (including a project recovery strategy). Client benefits; Due to the successful project recovery and subsequent project management the project was completed to budget and in time for the start of the new academic year.• University of Gloucestershire – £0.9M fast-track refurbishment of specialist sports facilities. • University of Reading - £1M fast-track refurbishment of Whiteknight’s House (administration centre)• South Gloucestershire and Stroud College - £4M Sports building and external pitch facilities.• University of Bristol. £5M campus-wide secure data network.

I was responsible for setting up the company's commercial approach to Procure 21, including recruiting and training a team of QS's plus establishment of the commercial aspects of several projects with various health authorities, as well as internal company systems to administer these projects.
