- Designed and implemented key features of the In-store mode of the Amazon shopping app for grocery brands such as Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market, worked on in-store Search/Filter functionalities, Search Result Page, and Alexa Shopping List integration with In-store mode- Utilized AWS Services for pipeline management and maintained service infrastructure resources as code via AWS CloudFormation and later migrated to AWS CDK

- Worked on Dynamic Routing, which is a suite of self-learning machine learning and tier-1 web services responsible to decide the best action to take in response to an Alexa request- Designed and implemented an efficient inference engine and a series of real-time agnostic data pipelines processing over 30 million+ daily utterances for Dynamic Routing, allowing for deeper understanding to inferred customer behaviors - Created and maintained automated data lakes and data-driven dashboards utilizing AWS services, integrating with real-time data pipelines to analyze and populate inferred customer metrics for offline learning systems within Alexa

- Created a PU Learning based Binary Classifier in Python for OOD utterance detection (ODEC).- Created and designed a series of data collection tools for sensitive data stored in Amazon S3. - Conducted error analysis on each version of ODEC and improved performance using the error analysis results.- Benchmarked ODEC against current system used in Alexa Machine Learning and saw improvement in OOD detection capability.
