Hi there! I love learning, love teaching, and want people to live healthy lives. I am a third-year student in the UBC Bachelor of Kinesiology with Master of Management program. I am currently inspiring people all around the world to enjoy exercise as a personal trainer. I fell in love with leaching from serving as a community non-profit leader for 4 years. I taught youths the importance of service and how to plan community service projects. I then became a lifeguard and swim instructor and overcame the impossible challenge of convincing a 5-year-old who's scared of water to jump into the pool. After becoming an ACE-certified personal trainer, I kickstarted my journey doing personal training in Hong Kong, where I worked with various goals from addressing knee pains to preparing an athlete for competitive rugby to weight loss. I learned to communicate KPIs and provide general nutritional consulting in both English and Mandarin. When I am not at the gym or in class, you will probably find me running, playing basketball, or trying something new.
