This is a part-time position that I thoroughly enjoy. My primary role is to safely transport our customer to and from their desired destinations but it goes way beyond that. I take personal satisfaction in making sure to engage each customer or group to ensure they get maximum enjoyment while in our vehicle by talking to them and suggesting stops or routes that enhance their experience. I really like the diverse clientele that we serve and listening to their background and story. In the fifteen years I have performed this job (with three separate companies) I have driven anybody to A list celebrities and sports stars to business owners and executives but my favorite people will always be the everyday common citizen because I relate best to them and I enjoy the appreciation they show.

I have been in sales for over 25 years. I've done everything from production to route relief to many years of commissioned route sales, managing a team of salesmen to my current position. My current responsibilities include but are not limited to building and implementing sales strategies to large format grocery chains in Lincoln, NE. I deal with anybody from Grocery Managers to Store Directors, Store Owners and Corporate Office category management teams. My role is to maximize my space within the accounts and provide the best pricing strategies and sales solutions possible for the customer to provide the best value to the end user, our consumer. Bottom line for me is people. If you can talk to people and relate to them, you can sell to them. Finding a common ground with them and fulfilling a need for them makes the sales process very rewarding for me. I still enjoy the challenge of selling and the preparation that comes with it and am still driven by the little victories within it all.
